Resetting Your Email Password
You can reset the password for any email account either from your hosting panel or, if enabled for your mailbox, from webmail.
Your mailbox password is separate from the password used for:
- your SiteForge Account,
- your hosting panel,
- your cloud workspace.
Steps via Hosting Panel
- Log in to your hosting panel: panel.siteforge.ie
- Navigate to Email → Manage Accounts.
- Select the email account you want to update.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter a strong new password and save changes.
Steps via Webmail
- Log in to your mailbox through
mail.yourdomain.tldor the fallback webmail webmail.siteforge.ie using your existing credentials. - Go to Settings → Password if the option is available.
- Enter a new secure password and save.
Password Requirements
Your new password should include:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
After changing your password, make sure to update it in all mail clients and devices to maintain uninterrupted access.
