Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your SiteForge Account by requiring a one-time code from an authentication app every time you log in.

This 2FA protects your SiteForge Account only. It does not automatically enable 2FA for your hosting panel, mailbox, or cloud workspace.

How to Enable 2FA​

  1. Log in to your SiteForge Account.
  2. Go to Security Settings.
  3. Select Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  4. Scan the displayed QR code using your preferred authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator).
  5. Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm setup.

Managing 2FA​

  • If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact our support team to help you reset 2FA.
  • It’s a good idea to store backup codes in a safe, offline location.
  • You can disable and re-enable 2FA anytime under your security settings.

🔐 Security Tip: Never share your 2FA codes or screenshots of your authentication app with anyone — even our support team.
